Directrospective #1: Alejandro Jodorowsky

Yay! Confetti! 'Talk and Trivia' is a quarter-century old in podcast years! At least I think that's how podcast years work. In any case, it's all landmarky and hallmarky and benchmarky around here, so the guys decide to change it up a bit and pump out their very first DIRECTROSPECTIVE. It's exactly what it sounds like. And this week, it's all about everyone's favorite psycho-magical director, Alejandro Jodorowsky! Will J&J survive the surrealist nightmares and acid westerns that await them? Or will they be forever trapped in the rainbow world of mystic surrealism?

Meanwhile, Jon wonders about the joys we've lost with instant streaming video services. Joel discovers an interest in tarot cards, and the boys try to figure out what french chili would taste like. One day we all will die, and no one will remember us. But with a flower, a dog, and two-and-a-half hour podcast to listen to, how could life be more beautiful? It's episode twenty-five, son. Enjoy.
